- 1-2 avacados that are kind soft when pressed but not super mushy
- 2 cloves garlic (or less, if you don't want to have halitosis for the rest of the day)
- 1-2tbsp lime juice (or lemon, but I prefer lime)
Other things you can add (if they are to your taste):
- sea salt
- cayenne pepper
- parsley, cilantro,
You only really need to have the main 3 ingredients to make awesome guacamole, but if you want to get fancy with it try adding some of the optional spices and vegetables in.
Peel avocados and remove pit, place all pieces in a bowl with a flat-ish bottom and mash with a fork. Add in garlic and lime/lemon juice. Mash/stir thoroughly. Scrap into a pretty bowl and serve (or eat it all yourself, no judgement here).
